Peer Leaders acquaint NOVA learners to the university campus and surrounding Richmond community. They share their personal university experiences, offering valuable tips on how to be successful. They listen to learner concerns and provide guidance to campus resources. Every new learner is teamed with a friendly, knowledgeable, well-trained peer leader who assists with:
  • Familiarization with important campus resources
  • Participation in campus cultural events
